Kyogle Family Support Services has three NDIS Support Coordinators. They are
experienced, having worked as NDIS Local Area Coordinators prior to their roles
as Support Coordinators and have lived experience. Our Support Coordinators are
innovative, creative and think outside the box.

They have a large network of service providers that they can refer you to. Personal,
warm, friendly and open, their experience will optimise your NDIS plan to ascertain
the supports that are needed to achieve your NDIS plan goals.

They work with suitably experienced and qualified Allied Health Professionals and
Behavioural Practitioners to deliver outcomes.

If you are between the ages of 7 to 64 years of age or if you have a child younger than
seven with developmental delay or disability, call us and we can advise you on the
next steps to understand the most appropriate pathways to meet access to the NDIS
whether it be with Early Childhood Intervention or with the NDIS.
